Shipping & Delivery

Every piece in the Virentina collection is made to order. When you place an order, your request is passed to our artisan and you are added to their production waiting list. Once your piece is ready, you will receive a personal email with your tracking information and estimated delivery window.

Please note that delivery estimates communicated at checkout refer to transit times only and do not include production or waiting list time. Production timelines vary by piece and artisan and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.

You will receive two email updates:

When your piece enters production, with your estimated production timeline.
When your piece has shipped, with your tracking link and estimated delivery window.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Italy, directly from the artisan's workshop. Shipments are handled by trusted international carriers including FedEx and DHL. All shipments are fully insured for the value of the product during transit.

For particularly large or fragile pieces, such as woven furniture or mosaic works, a dedicated courier service will be arranged to ensure safe delivery.

Standard Parcel Used for smaller and lighter items such as jewellery, leather goods and small mosaic pieces. Once collected by the courier, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment.

Dedicated Shipping Used for larger or particularly fragile pieces such as woven furniture, mosaic art and decorative objects. Items are carefully packaged and shipped via a dedicated courier service. Tracking availability depends on the carrier used.

Estimated Transit Times

Transit times vary depending on your location and the shipping method used, and are calculated from the date of collection by the carrier. They do not include production or waiting list time.

Estimated transit times will be confirmed in your shipping notification email at the moment your piece is collected by the carrier. Standard parcel shipments typically arrive faster than dedicated shipments, which are used for larger or more fragile pieces and may require additional handling time.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Delivery
