Will my piece look exactly like the one in the photo?
Every Virentina piece is handmade by a master Italian artisan. As with all things made by hand, slight variations in colour, texture and finish from the images shown are to be expected. These are not imperfections, they are the mark of authentic craftsmanship. Some product images may feature enhanced backgrounds. The products themselves are always photographed true to life.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Every piece is made to order. Once your order is confirmed, you will be added to your artisan's production waiting list and receive a personal email with your estimated production timeline. A second email follows the moment your piece ships, with your tracking information. Transit times vary by destination and will be confirmed at the time of shipping. Please note that production and waiting list time are not included in transit estimates.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, cancellation or modification may not be possible. If you need to make a change, please contact us at atelier@virentina.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request before production starts.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size and weight of your order. All shipments are fully insured for the value of the product during transit. International orders may also be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return my piece if I change my mind?
The vast majority of Virentina pieces are made to order and classified as bespoke or customised items, which are exempt from the standard return policy under EU Directive 2011/83. Non-customised items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition. For full details please refer to our Return Policy.
What is covered by the 24-month guarantee?
All Virentina products are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee of conformity covering manufacturing defects only. This does not extend to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage or insufficient care of the materials. In the event of a confirmed defect, we will first arrange repair or replacement. Please refer to our Return Policy and Care Guide for full details.
