Paolo Mangano has been working gold since 1985. Trained across the workshops of Rome under the guidance of master Giorgio Vigna, he developed a language that sits between traditional goldsmithing and sculptural art. His work does not decorate. It speaks.

Since 2016, his pieces have been represented by gallery Elisabetta Cipriani in London, one of the world's foremost galleries for artist-designed jewellery, where he has created works alongside artists of the calibre of Ai Weiwei and Giuseppe Penone, exhibited in major international shows and private collections across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

The same year, he began teaching Jewellery Design at IED Rome.
